very clean very tidy bright rooms NOT double glazed BUT QUADROUPLE GLAZED (x4) right next to main road and runway but very quiet and relaxing food i would give a 9/10 continental as in all holiday in expresses help full staff all in all 9/10 **EXERLANTY CLEANED**WARM**COSY**SHOULD BE 4 STAR**
